Below you will find information on how to activate the link with Artefacto.

1. Log in to our platform, with your login (the email address entered for the Cover account) :

When you log in for the first time, click on the link "Forgot your password? ». An e-mail will be sent to you containing a link (valid for 5 minutes) allowing you to set your personal password.

Memorise it. It will be essential to establish the connection between the Cover software and the platform (see point 2).

On the Cover platform, enter the parameters of your Artefacto account by clicking on the "Settings" button under Arbasee - Artefacto.

2. Launch Cover and configure the link with the platform and make your first export with the help of the following video:

As a reminder, the identifiers used to connect to the Cover platform and the identifiers enabling this platform to send your projects to Artefacto (Urbasee) are different elements, even though the identifier and/or password may be identical.

3. You are now ready to use Cover 2.1 with the Artefacto link!
