You have just installed the software on your computer and don't know where to start? Read on to learn a basic principle: the creation of dots.
Cover 3D uses 3D technology to make your project come alive. But to do so, you need to create the different strategic points of your construction. Without these points, it is impossible to have a clear dimensioned view of your entire project.
3D technology works via 3 axes: X, Y and Z.
While the X-axis represents the length, the Y-axis represents the width. Only the Z-axis, representing the height, is missing to complete the whole.
To place a new point in your project, go to the "Design" tab of your project.
On your left is a "Worksheet" column. Choose the "Design Tools" tab in the middle, and you should be faced with this:
Don't panic, placing a dot is not a big deal. All you have to do is fill in a small table with the length, width and height placement of your new stitch and then click on the "Place" button. Your new stitch will then appear in your project.
