The message "The call has been rejected by the called party" is the consequence of the display, by Word, of a "parasitic" information window in the course of the process.

Launch Word independently of Cover, this same parasitic window, often linked to the activation of Office, should be displayed. Take action to prevent this window from being displayed (activation of Word, etc.). Consult your IT service provider for more information.
